The aim of the Grand Harbour Regeneration Corporation (GHRC) is to increment the value of the capital city and  complimentary urban surroundings of the towns and villages that are located along the shoreline of this natural harbour by means of the regeneration projects including interventions in restoration, embellishment of open spaces, upgrading of buildings and social housing and provide better accessibility for residents and visitors.  The Corporation is a Schedule 3 government entity and is trusted to issue all calls, evaluate and award contracts for Expression Of Interest or Tenders (above or below the threshold) for services, supplies or works procurements.  The Administration of all calls is according to government’s procurement regulations and EU directives.
